These are our core beliefs…
We believe that companionship with Jesus and with one another is foundational to reimagining the future of faith communities. We envision influence flowing naturally from the life of God within us, renewing us deeply and authentically for the well-being of the world around us. We are committed to reimagining the partnership between women and men, working side by side in unity. We are reimagining the church as a community where Jesus is both Leader and Lord, and where all serve together in mutuality, embracing the unique gifts and grace He generously provides.
As companions of Jesus and one another, we are called to cultivate vibrant ecosystems that nurture life and well-being in every space where we live, work, and play. Our thoughts, behaviors, and actions reflect the principles of God’s kingdom, and through them, we foster these values in the people and systems around us. We recognize that we are to embody the faithful presence of Christ, actively living out the shalom of God in our towns and cities. By partnering with those who do good and address the needs of our community, we demonstrate the love of God both in word and deed.
We are confident that, as companions of Jesus and one another, we can cultivate vibrant ecosystems within our local communities. This will lead to an increasing number of growing disciples of Jesus coming together to form new, thriving faith communities.
Our vision is to mobilize 5,000 women in this mission—women who will establish new faith communities that reflect Jesus’ radical hospitality in homes, businesses, parks, community centers, and beyond.
